By accessing or using PixelFreeTools ("the Site" or "the Service"), operated as a free, independent hobby project by developer Kitsorix, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides a free, browser-based pixel art scaling tool. All image processing runs 100% client-side in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images are never uploaded, transmitted, stored, or seen by us or any server.

You are solely responsible for the images you process and for any files you create with the tool. You may use the tool for any lawful purpose, including commercial game development and art projects.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Because the tool runs entirely in your browser, there is no user-generated content hosted on the Site. However, you agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including reproducing or reselling copyrighted artwork, sprites, or assets you do not own.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Site.
